All development journeys are unique! We are all individuals with their own personalities, strengths and baggage, which means that both the starting point and the destination picture for each journey are different. But the process itself is surprisingly similar no matter who you are. Coaching is about creating awareness around your behaviors and identifying which behaviors work for you, limit you or even prevent you from reaching your goals.
Adductum offers coaching programs that span over six months. We meet in person, either physically or digitally, roughly every three weeks. In between, you work towards your set goal and we connect by phone or email as needed.
We work on your development in three dimensions where all are equally important to achieve results. It is about you, the group and the business context of which you are a part.
The result of a development journey with Adductum becomes clear - for you, your manager, your employees and your close relatives. It could be about you becoming a more confident leader, running your business with an improved result, feeling better, taking a step in your career or creating a prosperous team.

My name is Niclas Christensen, and I'm the founder of Adductum. I have worked as an Executive Coach and leadership developer for over 20 years. My passion is helping people grow into confident and resilient leaders.
As a coach, I have integrity and an ability to quickly understand both the individual and the context. I listen, analyze and challenge all my clients regardless of where they stand and where they are going.
Coaching is about creating trust and managing it well. Therefore, I live as I learn and work actively to be my best self through life's ups and downs. It also creates the conditions to best support those I work with, in a safe and rewarding process.

It is common for clients to feel that they have an unclear mission, which often leads to difficulties with priorities. The coaching can then, for example, be about focusing on the right things, working to create the clarity you need for yourself and others, learning to delegate and become clearer in your communication, or something as difficult as daring to ask for help!

It is not uncommon for leaders to avoid organizational issues that involve difficult conversations. This almost always leads to situations that escalate.
